clockwork orange: In this clip their is a use of diegetic as we hear one of the characters narrating his thoughts in the background. The director has chosen classical music in a very violent and insane scene. this is known as contrapuntal sound. As the scene changes from the actors walking towards the camera to a very violent scenes the background music stays the same this helps the scenes to change smoothly. The way the  dialogues were spoken were very softly and calmly which contrasts with the violent scene. Funny games: diegetic and non-diegetic sounds were both included in the clip. We could hear classical music(opera) being played in the car as well as dialogue being spoken  from the characters. towards the end the end scene we hear rock music being played which its unusual as how different it is from the one being played before also it doesn't associate with he current scene, this is known as contrapuntal sound.
